Software Refresh uses the information you send so we can review a website and reply. We do not sell contact details or form answers.
What we collect
The website review form may include your name, email, business type, website URL, what you need help with, and notes you choose to write. Server logs may include your IP address and the pages you open.
How we use it
We use form details to look at the site and email you back. We use analytics to understand which pages get used and where the form is abandoned. That includes Microsoft Clarity session replay and our first-party analytics tracker.
Who sees it
Form submissions go to our team so we can reply. Analytics tools process page views on our behalf. We do not use your review form as an advertising audience.
How long we keep it
We keep review requests long enough to reply and, if you hire us, to do the work. You can email us through the review form and ask us to delete a request that did not become a project.
